No joke, this week’s severe storms will be followed up by get a load of this, the same exact locations and the same exact setup

Here is my blog about the general setup that I posted 4 days ago. There is a slight caveat.
The ridge over the 4 corners has somewhat expanded, this means any catalyst must come from Canada and will be funneled into the rust belt corridor.
These ridge riding storms can be intense, and very fast moving. Since this ridge isn’t expected to kick rocks anytime soon, we are just going to be spammed with ridge riders for the foreseeable future. Possible derechos may occur.

Also of note there’s wildfires in the west coast, these storms will pick up that smoke and transport it along their path and along their wake, be on the lookout for reduced air quality.
