I totally get this, my ex boyfriend broke up with me pretty recently and while it wasn't before my birthday it was before his.. I just kept moving even when on days i felt lost and some days it felt more painful than others. My friends supported me so much thru it, listening to me and giving their own input and I cannot thank them enough for it. Please, if anything just don't isolate yourself. Isolating makes you only feel worse... While it does really suck at the moment, I've become so much more stable and happy ever since and I believe it can be the same for you too...You got this dudeĀ
