Guy in my class is being creepy help

So theres this guy in my class and he sits in the row next to me and he stares at me 24/7 and i mean STARE. He will lit look at me the WHOLE DAY LONG with this creepy little smile on his face and its making me SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE STOP STARING AT ME LIKE THAT ITS FREAKING ME OUT but there is a window behind me so i hope hes js looking out the window the whole time. Eventhough he basically is innocent and he hasn’t rly done anything i am ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED of this man to the point where when i stand next to him, all i wanna do is RUN!! He added me on snap a few mins ago and ive been staring at this message for 15 minutes now and idk if i should add him back cuz im a fcking ppl pleaser or if i should js ignore him.   Idk if im being paranoid or if my gut is tryna tell me something…?
