guys I'm scared of my bus driver

Okay so here me out. Im TERRIFIED of my bus driver. 

    like he actually scares me so much. he's just weird asffff!! he's like grabs me randomly when I'm getting on or off the bus. he yells at me for no reason sometimes [like when I rolled down the window] he's CONSTANTLY talking about how my shorts are 'too short' and he can see my arse. he's always talking Abt the girls in some creepy subtly pedo way. I've got it ON RECORDING and showed the principal. she said I didnt have enough proof [even tho I caught him ON RECORDING talking to a girl Abt the fact her shirt was tight enough to see her bra]

    So tell me, should I insist about getting him fired? or checked? or should I just pretend to let it go and gather more recordings?
