Hate hot topic glazers

So like I was hanging out with my friend and somone complimented her shirt, she said thanks and turned to me and said "thats why you should always buy shirts from hot topic." And I was like "eeehh... They're really cheaply made-" THE SECOND I SAID THAT SHE STARTED ACTING LIKE I INSULTED HER WHOLE BLOODLINE. she kept going on abt "I will not take this hate for hot topic" like it's not hate it's just FACTS😭😭 so ofc I defend myself by saying "well I do own some hot topic shirts and they have ripped really easily" (because they had, I had to sew them back up) "and they're also really overpriced" BECAUSE THEY ARE!! last time I went there, I SPENT 80 BUCKS!! FOR LIKE.. 3 SHIRTS!! I did have a coupon my friend gave me so like I didn't completely drain my bank account BUT WTF!!! anyway back on track, she said "oh well it really depends on the hot topic you go to! " no tf it doesn't 🫶 so I asked "what hot topic did you go to? " "I got this in Florida."... FLORIDA IS 7 HOURS AWAY FROM US. BSFR. and I've been to almost all hot topics around my town (I'm just out and about like that🥹🥹) and all of them look the same. Like if you're gunna get fast fashion at least get it from aliexpress cus that's like cheaper and more reliable than literal paper shirts 😳
