Have you ever read upside down

Okay so this starts one random day in middle school English class and the night prior I hadn't got much sleep. Being an English class sometimes we had designated times just to read the book we were currently covering and me being a person who was very very susceptible to sleeping in class in middle school ahhh I just didn't wanna sleep this time so I decided to actually, read in class! Or so I thought. I pick up my book and start reading, its not like i didn't read at home to make up for my class sleeping time but I was still pretty behind so I tried my best to catch up. About 20 or so minutes into the period the class was being rowdy and was being loud so eventually the teacher got fed up and started yelling. She went on about how we dont listen and are off task too often and points out examples in class then she lands on me, yelling she says "and he has his book upside down!!". I couldn't believe what I was hearing, my book was "upside down"? thats ridiculous! ive understood every word on this page for 20 entire minutes! I look down from the teacher and there it was my upside down book progressed by atleast 7 pages since the start of the period. I was incredibly confused and even more embarrassed not only am I a bad student for sleeping but when I try to be a good one my books upside down and hasn't moved an inch. To this day I have NO clue how I did it and how I knew what was being said on the damn book and ive never been able to replicate this ever?? I wasn't able to live it down until after middle school, unfortunately.
