hello coming for advice TnT

I'm coming for some advice. I have a stalking ex boyfriend who finds ways to contact me despise being told by me and friends to stop. he even tried TEXTING ME ON SPOTIFY...SPOTIFY OUT OF ALL PLACES??? anyways, last night around 4? 5am I caught him looking at my stories using a username id recongize so I blocked him...he came back on another one..

knowing him he doesn't have another email or account. I know he's been telling some of his friends to stalk me too and its making me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable.. I'm thinking of going under a new user..any advice?
