FFUCK I HATE MY MOM ........ she was cleaning my room and decided 2 look through my journal and now she nvr evr believe ANYTHING I say (T_T) AND she told my dad and theyr getting me therapy soon but wwwhatever im not telling anybody anything they dotn already know ab me ever again!!!!!!!!!!

If you wrote a bunch of stuff in your journal that you were actively hiding from your mom, of course she doesn’t trust you now. Finding out your kid has a whole secret life changes things.
Swearing to never tell anyone anything ever again is a massive, dramatic overreaction. Your parents are setting up therapy because they found out things they can't handle on their own. Refusing to speak or engage doesn't make a point; it just keeps you stuck in a childish standoff. Deal with the reality of what happened instead of throwing a tantrum.
If you actually wanted your business kept secret, you wouldn't have left your journal out where your mom cleans. You left it accessible because you wanted to get caught, wanted the attention, and wanted the drama without having to start the conversation yourself.
Now that it blew up, you're throwing a massive tantrum and swearing total silence to play the victim. Your parents are sending you to therapy because they see this cry for help for exactly what it is. Stop the childish games, stop leaving traps for people to find, and actually use the therapy instead of acting out for an audience.
