doing something alone makes me extremely stressed for some reason. when Im around other people Im not like this but when Im alone doing the things I need to do give me immense stress. which make me not do what I need to do and avoiding my work stresses me even more so its just a terrible cycle. I think the only way to get over this is forcing myself to do stuff by myself. unfortunately my stress gets so bad I literally get a stomachache everytime like Chidi Anagonye. Ig I should start meditating or smth.. maybe bake something extremely easy. hmmmmm
