Horrible chest pain (allegedly)

Well shii, i've been having horrible chest pain and a hard time breathing (sometimes), my lungs (SOMETIMES) make a wheezing noise and when it does I dry cough a lot. 

Ik I'm 18 and can 100% go to the doctor's myself but I was always scared of it and even the thought of going alone gives me panic attack. I will push thru IF it will still hurt tmr, cuz it hurts around my heart so that's not good. 

So cuz I'm highkey scared i've told my mum and she doesn't give a shit </3 bro js keeps making jokes, I thought horrible chest pain is an urgent, not funny matter? Well it's okay then ig #mightdiesoon
