Horrific mall event

Hi guys,

Today I went to the mall with two of my friends. It was a fairly normal start, one of us was building a new yugioh deck so we all opened a ton of packs he bought to try to get the cards he needed, I found Figuarts Fourth form frieza, we got auntie Anne’s, etc. my friend who was building his yugioh deck headed home but right before me and my other friend started to leave, we went through the food court, which has an escalator that leads up to the movie theater. As we pass by I see this guy in a Purple Bunny suit with pink overalls. I would like to note this cosplay looked horrible, I have a feeling it was made the night before because it looked like a piñata I’d see at the Mercado by my school. Now this was already enough for the both of us to start laughing at the pure absurdity, but then I turn towards the escalator and see an onslaught of people many in similar quality cosplays. Now we both decided that we were gonna start laughing too hard because like, wtf is going on, so we headed to Macy’s to compose ourselves on the couches. Here’s where I did more research about this. So I guess that one digital circus cartoon thing has a movie? I was seeing stuff about the theaters smelling but I didn’t know that it was like, an actual wide release. Now I don’t like the show it seems like the exact opposite of a show I would enjoy, but I never really thought the stereotypes about its fanbase were true. I say this all in past tense because holy fuck I was proven so wrong today, when I say that the food court smelled like a combination of B.O., Ass, and hot car farts, know that I’m UNDERSELLING IT. THE FOOD COURT WAS PUTRID SMELLING I AM SO GLAD WE WERE ALREADY LEAVING. And like, every person who wasn’t in a costume was dressed pretty much like Redditors/Chronic Discord user stereotypes. I don’t know if we were there during a bad timing or something or what but what I PERSONALLY saw kinda proved all the stereotypes and jokes I’ve been seeing for the past couple weeks correct 😭😭😭

Moral of the story: I’m scared to go back to the mall while that circus movie is still playing
