maybe it's just because it's the end of august and the heat is getting to me a little, but i genuinely don't understand why most people (not gonna assume and say everyone) seem to think that sunny weather (with a low-to-no cloud count) is perfect weather. for me, that's an overcast, grey day. not with rain or excessive wind or nuthin', just...grey skies
they're pretty calm, imo, with a little bit of a gloomy edge to them that i just love! if there's any time i can wear my more "scene/alt" wardrobe, it's one of those days. even going for a ride is nicer! sunshine is great and all, but i hate it when you're sitting somewhere and the sun hits you right in the eye and u can't really move so you just gotta go blind >_<
also the vibe is starting to hit now that we're inching over to september and HALLOWEEN IS ON ITS WAYYYYYY -- did i mention i love halloween? cuz i do. no better time to go for an evening stroll around the neighborhood than an overcast day. my family thinks i'm weird for liking 'em, but a lotta folks think i'm weird for...a lotta reasons, really! :P
so what do you guys think? is it normal to prefer overcast weather? or am i a vampire? can vampires be aliens too? :3

Well, I think overcast weather was pretty nice too but for me my favourite weather was a Sunny weather with bright blue skies and a nice amount of clouds here and there with nice breezy and chill temperatures with a good amount of winds here and there.
Kinda like on Sega's Arcade Game "OutRun".

I agree! It's the best when it's cloudy during the summer! Especially when it's cloudy just enough to cover the sun but there's still patches of the sky. Those days are my favorite. Fall is also my favorite tho so I might be biased. My boyfriend calls me a vampire because I'm pale and I don't like summer.
I do however like sunny days in the winter, especially when you can feel the heat from the sun even tho it's cold.
