I know it says hot take but I do end up having some not popular opinions sometimes.
HERE'S ONE OF THEM!!
I believe that windows vista isn't a bad operating system, I think microsoft just did a poor job at handling it. I believe that windows vista is better than some other ones out there (ESPECIALLY 11). I do think that if microsoft did a better job with vista, then it's rep wouldn't be that bad.

I had a conversation about this the other day, but I believe that Vista failed because people didn't feel the need to upgrade their PCs for the new OS, therefore it ran like garbage because it was on such old hardware. Again, not the OS' fault, and it ran perfectly fine on new machines!
