Yeah as the title says I need help. My mom is very against letting me go to shows alone for some odd reason, she just likes to use my body as an excuse of why i shouldn't go to shows. (my height, my size and how people get you know, harassed at shows.) and that's extremely annoying. So i need help... how do i convince her to let me go to shows alone? She barely lets me hang out with people and I'm trying to get her to LEAVE ME ALONE more.
Yes any help appreciated I'm getting tired of sitting in the house 24/7 wishing i could be more active in my scene and meet more people.

honestly if you’re a minor she’s right 😭 unless it’s some local theatre deal it is genuinely dangerous to hit up larger scale events alone. find some people in your age range who can go w you to see if that levels her worries out
