Earplugs. EARPLUGS EARPLUGS EARPLUGS they are a genuine game changer. I don't really give a shit about what kind you use, but they would be best as reusable ones. I personally use loop earplugs bc they have different sizes and come in a little case, but genuinely just steal anything that will work. They're also easy to hide with your hair.
Sunglasses. Many people are bitches about these, especially indoors, but always having them on you is a good idea to use when alone, outside, and literally whenever they're not being forced off of you.
Headphones. I've had the most problems with wearing these around my life, but I find that if you simply lie to authority figures and don't cause problem, they let you get away with stuff. For example, I told my high school counselors that "oh yeah the principal approved of this" even though he didn't, and nobody stopped me because I got my work done and wasn't an asshole to teachers. It will heavily depend on your teachers, because there are always assholes, but chances are you can have them at some point in the day. I highly highly highly recommend getting "ANC" headphones, as this stands for Active Noise Canceling. This means that background noise is heard by a chip in the headphones, which plays out the exact opposite frequency back, therefore silencing humming or similar noises. It doesn't work great with people speaking closer or sudden sounds, because the chip reads the frequencies and not the future.
Balancing work. For the love of the gods, please do not burn yourself out, it is so much better to avoid that. I can't help with the specifics of not burning yourself out, so I would suggest studying how to handle work/school/tasks based on your specific disorder/condition/whatever. I know that staring at a screen forever feels like agony, so I would recommend trying to balance out your tasks. If you have a video to listen to, listen to it with the screen dark while drawing, or listen to music while working, or whatever you find works for you. If you don't know what works with you, try shit out until you find something that makes suicide less tempting.
Do not feel inclined to do shit when alone. If you are overstimulated, your own voice CAN hurt you. Any lights CAN hurt you. Any eating CAN hurt you.
Imagine the sensations bleeding out of your body while you lie in the closest thing you can get to sensory deprivation.
Good sensory things!!! If you have any, COLLECT THEM. KEEP THEM. I have had a jar for years that was a candle I burned to nothing that I keep because the scent is GREAT. It doesn't matter if you barely use it, it only matters that you have it and use it.
