Depends on how far you want to go. Got 2 hydrogen and 1 oxygen atoms. Got protons neutrons and electrons. Hydrogen has 1 proton and 1 electron, oxygen has 8 protons, neutrons and electrons, Deepest you got quarks(up, down, charm, strange, top, bottom) and gluons (8 types, I'm lazy to type them).

i think it has something to do with the clash between earth and Theia perhaps maybe some particles had bumped into one another and created new or more though i can easily be wrong im not the smartest of the bunch this is just a pure unresearched theory
