Hello. My name is Jordyn and I will be using this site to vent. I need some advice picking between my dreams of being an actor and going to school to pursue it or sticking to a simple plan and studying business and economics. I want to follow my dreams but I don't want to fail and end up with nothing to show for it. If anyone sees this, help me out. My parents are telling me I have to decide before it's too late. I'm not the best at acting but I want to try. I have a great business mind but it's not the only thing I want to do and you could always start a business later in life. it would be easier to start businesses and get jobs if I go to an Ivy League. I'm so conflicted😰

I think it's always best to follow your dreams, so long as you plan accordingly and have a backup plan. If you wanna pursue acting, go for it. If you wanna make a business, study that on the side. Don't be scared to go both routes, just make sure you're not working yourself to death. --deimos
