okay so recently I have been unable to sleep for no reason at all which is really weird because I have NEVER had issues with falling asleep and all of a sudden I'm up until 2-3 in the morning tossing for no explainable reason. I have dinner and a sweet treat at around 7pm, make a cup of ginger peach tea at around 10 to wind down and to sleep better (it's a routine I've done my whole life) and i turn off my devices at around the same time I make tea so I can read or draw or something. I don't know if it's stress-induced or anything, but I genuinely cannot sleep and the hallucinations are actually gonna drive me insane. maybe I need to take some hypoallergenic sleeping medicine or something but I needed to rant about my messed up sleep schedule because its pissing me off 😐
