Les quería contar mi experiencia dislocandome la rótulaD:

Hace 1 mes, estaba caminando. Hice un movimiento de rotación y se me dislocó.

Llamamos a la ambulancia pero nos dijieron que había retraso, cuando mi mamá me intentó llevar a la guardia me paré, y mientras ella llamaba a mi papá para que me ayude a bajar las escaleras (pq yo no me podía mover) se me acomodó sola.

Ahora estoy con muletas y hace poco me sacaron mi rodillera.

Estoy yendo a kinesiología.

Fue traumatico!(⁠っ⁠˘̩⁠╭⁠╮⁠˘̩⁠)⁠っ se siguen sintiendo raros los movimientos y me cuesta caminar, aunque estoy mejorando. Nunca antes me había pasado algo así de tener un accidente, supongo que rompí la racha.

Nuevo trauma para la biblioteca! XD😔

I wanted to share my experience dislocating my kneecap D:

About a month ago, I was just walking, made a twisting movement, and it dislocated.

We called an ambulance, but they said there was a delay. When my mom tried to take me to the ER, I stood up, and while she was calling my dad to help me get down the stairs (since I couldn’t move), it popped back into place on its own.

Now I’m on crutches, and I recently stopped using my knee brace.

I’m going to physical therapy.

It was traumatic (っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ. Movements still feel weird and it’s hard to walk, but I’m getting better. I’ve never had an accident like this before, so I guess my streak is broken.

New trauma added to the collection! XD 😔
