i do not hate but...

(TW: ED, Stroke, Alzheimer)

okay so hear me out. 

There is this girl in my friendgroup and i can not stand her.
She is the most annoying girl you will EVER meet.

She is so unbelievably childish and looks-fixated it is insane. 
I will now share examples with the class.

Example 1:

We had class, in that said class we wher etrained on how we should behave in our oncoming internship at the old peoples home. Our teacher was talking about common illnesses,among other things, Alzheimer. This piece of garbage had the audacity to laugh. LAUGH. She sat next to me and laughed.  

She also laughed about the topic of strokes, HELLO? She tried to make jokes with me about it, even though she knew my grandfather had one not too long ago.

Example 2:

okay, now to the things that I think might only personally bother me. Lately, her family (her family is very obsessed with weight loss and being thin) has a nutritionist, good for them IG.  

We were all sitting in the cafeteria and eating the not-so-tasty and healthy food, what do you expect, it's school food and my town, and therefore also the school, is poor.  

She was also sitting with us and ate the same food as we all did, keeping in mind that there were also other options (the vegan option and just salad).  

She then speaks up and says,  

"my nutritionist said that the food is a disgrace"  

oh okay?  

Is she here right now?  

Why should we care?  

And I can see why it would just bother me because I had an ED not so long ago but still  

please tell me if I'm in the wrong here.

I am actively trying to take some distance from her while mantaining a okay friendship with our shared friends but that girl can not get a fucking hint.
