every conversation i feel like im not interested in i feel boring and i feel like everyone sees me as a complete jerk when im done talking to them i dont know how to help it

i find it easier to talk online because you can think a bit before sending a message where as in a conversation its fast
Actually online you can just send stickers when dont know what to say
