Two sports bras (not training) and wear baggier clothes/flannel. Flannel sorta distracts your brains and hides the curves and stuff if that makes sense
i hate binding too dawg π i love taking my binder off but at the same time not wearing one triggers my chest dysphoria so badly
i recommend trying trans tape or other binders that can be worn more often! i wear my binders daily except for when iβm not leaving the house because theyβre pretty comfortable and arenβt restricting. i know with trans tape you can wear that stuff 24/7 for the most part and when youβre showering/bathing i believe

I recommend trying trans tape, or if you have a smaller chest that allows kt tape.Β
