I had a really concerning dream like three weeks ago and still remember it

So basically in my dream, I was sitting in what looked like a classroom and just looking down at the underside of my left wrist. I kept just staring at it, and after a while, I grabbed a blade from some pencil pouch from Walmart and, if you were to split my forearm into thirds, I cut a third down from my wrist. But, there was no blood, but it was empty, so my dumb ahh in my dream put jelly beans in my empty arm and freaking ate out of it since my school had food banned and I wanted to hide it. I have no past of self harm, so what the hell does this mean 😮‍💨
