I HATE CENTIPEDES

I live in the basement of my house so I get centipedes like all the time :( 

I remember one time that I was peacefully sleeping when one dropped on my face and I screamed so loud I made my house alarms go off. But its currently 3:31 and there is a centipede right above the door so I can't get it nut I can't go to sleep knowing that its close to me :( I know there house centipedes and are eating bugs but I just hate them still. Anyone know how to make them go away. OMG IT MOVED ! IM SCARED !
