um...okay so I'm in a band, I play the bass and I do the scream vocals. Apparently I'm not screaming right and its fucking my vocal cords up, but the way I do it sounds REALLY good. I've tried screaming the proper way but it sounds terrible. I went to the doctor a few weeks back and he said if I keep screaming like how I am, I wont be able to speak. not sure what to do bc everyone tells me that they love the way I scream when we do like talent shows at school or do a show locally.Â

I think maybe the reason why you think you sound horrible when you do it the right way is because you are not used to it. Maybe if you keep on practicing it’ll become super awesomeÂ
