Am I addicted to shopping or do I really need this?
Firstly: Im new on here, so I'm still exploring and working on my prof :)Secondly: English is my 4th Language so please have mercy
Now let me explain:
For a while now I try to avoid Impulsive shopping.
Not only because I'm broke, but also to be more mindful about what I need and want.
I have a List with all the things i wan't to buy at the moment and when I thought about a certain item long enough I either buy it or remove it from the list. This is working quite well,
however... the list is getting longer and I have a feeling I enjoy certain useless things to much.
For instance: I love Plushies or cute dolls (like Labubus) and I have now kept Hachi Pupus (a plushie from Popmart) on my list for 3 months. I really really want one, but i know its just gonna sit on my shelf, even when I know I would really love it, it still kinda feels pointless.
And I keep adding more of them. Like: the new Mini Skull pandas, Hyojos or Sylvanian Familie Blindbags.
Especially those feel very useless, but I still want them so damn much.
Then there is Fidgets, which are a little less useless, but I'm still craving way too much. I really want the Hello Kitty Clikeez or the Needoh Advent Calendar, even though I already have too much.
Overall I know this doesn't sound to bad, but I have the feeling that there is nothing else I would like to spend my Money on.
One thing that helped me is splitting my earnings on two accounts, one for daily spend and one for saving.
Im trying to buy a TV for my Room, but there is nothing else I enjoy spending Money on than random, mostly pointless shit.
Even if I love Clothes, I'm very picky about them, so I don't shop much. Then there is Shoes, which I love buying, but I also have too much of those.
I actually want to try to control my consumerism more and spend my money on more things worth it.
So my Questions:
1. What are some things that are worth spending my money on?
2. Should I continue buying tiny useless stuff, because I enjoy them?
3. Should I rather save for big things?
4. Can you have too many shoes?
5. Should i specifically buy the Sylvanian Family blindbag and the Hello Kitty Clickeez, or any of both? (I don't have any of those yet...)
6. Should I buy the Fuggler Nuggets with a Friend? (Even if I rlly don't want the one eyed one)

Helloo. I wanna preface this by saying that I rarely spend on small things & don’t really enjoy them so my mindset might be too different from yours. If I were you, I’d save for the tv first, and then I’d choose which small thing I want most! I think something like that has many more practical uses than fugg nuggets, for example. I’d rather spend money on stuff that’s gonna make my day to day life better, like foods I’m craving, running shoes, a standing desk… that’s the kinda stuff I spend on. I did buy 1 stim toy recently but I use it a lot & it actually helps me stop picking at my hands.

I will definitely try putting more money on my saving account and probably only buy the clickeez, cause I really want those.
The other stuff I will keep in mind and only buy if I'm very sure or after I bought a TV.

i always ask myself in these situations okay imagine i buy it from which one will i get the most joy for its price when it would arrive and i use it and then i pick one out, i dont think you should really stop tho always ask yourself will i be that happy when it arrives for that certan amount of money, will it be good spend money or nah hope it helps a lil
