I need to lock in so bad

I genuinely need to lock in. I'm in honors history, and I have a test tomorrow. I have no idea how to do it. There's a multiple-choice section which I hope to do really well on, and then there's a writing portion, and I'm gonna fuck that part up so bad, holy..... and I deadass am just like skipping assignments when I don't feel like doing them. Still, I'm doing so bad that my dad rewards me or whatever for doing mid...  I literally have an F in the class; it's like a %56, but at least I'm a little less depressed than last week- actually, a lot- so yay, and I practiced drums today, and I feel productive even though I haven't done anything actually important, like my room is a mess!!!!!!!
