i think i'm wasting my teenage years

I always see everyone around 13-16 going around, doing crazy things and dressing cool, and i'm with 17 already and feel like i've never experienced this. I'm on my last teenage year and i feel like i haven't lived like one yet(mostly bcs of my parents), i mean, i'm 17 and i need to give them my phone every night?? Also, i think I'm wasting my life cause i have no dreams, achviments or goals for my future, and i have no interest on doing anything. I don't intend to become an adult, too, but what if it happens? I have no plans.

Recently, the only thing i'm interested in is music, but i feel like it's too late to start playing and get good. I know how to draw, but I have no interesting on doing it anymore(It was my passion since i was 8)

Anyways, gotta keep going, i guess. This year i need to apply for a university and I'm completly lost on what should i choose.
