I wanna report my dad for animal qbuse

I'm actually so tired he would always hit my dog with metal and stick every single day and it hurts me to see but i can't really do anything because im a minor and I'm scared that he might also do the same to me because he have been telling me that he might kill me one day and just now he hit my dog again and I got mad at him because my dog peed in my bedroom and it smells bad then he told me that if I dont shut up he might pour a hot water to me I fuckign hate this I hate them I wish that they'd get arrested their actually the worst
