i want my cat back

i'm really scared lately bc my cat is at the vet since saturday night. 

we don't know what happened but he was having a hard time breathing and couldn't stand so my parents took him to the vet on saturday night. 

the vet was at first really perssimistic. he thought my cat wouldn't have survived the first night at the vet. thankfully he did survive but we still don't know what he has. 

yesterday he was doing better and i thought we could picked him up today. this morning he was doing really well cudling with everyone of the vets but after some time he couldn't breathe. 

we went to visit him in the afternoon and he had a machine to help him breathe. he did not react to us calling him but he did stand and he layed not long after. 

the vets are having a hard time finding what he has. at first they thought of embolism or poisoning. know they're saying he may be diabetic. 

so i'm scared for my cat. i kind of had a hard time sleeping at night bc every night i'm scared he'll die. he is really young he cant die.
