so it all happened when i started to open up to my therapist and told her about some.. "stuff" and she recommended me to a community mental health centre and sent me to the gp, and the gp sent me to a mental hospital the same day, and they sent me to a fucking mental health ward ughh... anyway thats it ty for reading XD
