I will never hate the Brits

British people are cool asf idc what anyone says. The funniest people I know are lads and they even taught me the witty and whimsical lingo. It's not their fault that the food in their home country is horrific, the poor limey's are forced to work with what little to no spices they have until they can finally travel out of Britian and experience edible food and red 40. Beans on toast isn't a choice, its a circumstance. Some may argue that the American Revolutionary War may have caused the tension between the US and UK, but this should not be a source of rivalry in modern day society because the war was stemmed from issues such as taxation, representation, and self-government. The original disputes between American and British colonies have been resolved, as the disagreement that caused this war no longer exist because the colonies became an independent nation. The two countries also support each other as allies, they don't agree on every policy, but they cooperate on defense and support each other's sovereignty.

And yeah, they have every right to criticize America over gun violence and school shootings. It's not something that should be as common as it is, and it's embarrassing that it's become one of the first things people associate with the country, Our government should be ashamed its still happening.
