idk how to word this

I know Ima be asked to be this one girl's girlfriend tonight, but I don't think I'm over my ex and it makes me feel so bad omg. she is so clingy and one big thing about me is that I hate talking to people and I just ignore people for hours before I reply to them. I know I'm an asshole but I don't know what to do. I don't want to lead her on but shit I don't know what to do.
