I've noticed that especially nowadays i can't be around my family members without getting irrationally angry at everything they do to the point where I've grown to loathe their presence.
And while sometimes my anger is justified, other times it feels like i'm just making myself angry. I think it's worse because i never have any privacy/alone time anymore.
I have to be around my parents all the time because im their personal babysitter. And by extension i have to sleep with the baby every night minus saturdays. I think i've grown to genuinely resent them to the point where sometimes i think i genuinely want to hurt them, and while i know id never actually act on it, the urge just makes everything worse and i end up taking it out on myself.
I've never been good at controlling my anger or hiding my emotions, i'm not the kind of person who gets over things quickly. Typically i need outlets to keep myself calm which back then used to be cutting which i've since stopped a turned to drawing and listening to music.
but sometimes they make me so mad that i wish winter came along faster so hiding cuts would be easier. and talking to my closest friend about it do literally nothing cause i've vented to her so much that she just doesn't care anymore.
i don't know why im posting this in general, i guess writing out my frustrations help me feel a bit better. maybe someone will relate to this and i'll meet more angry people lol.

i wish i had something comforting to say though because i feel like an asshole only saying "ohhhh bro are you me XD" even tho i am in your shoes rn with being my parents babysitter and thus never getting time to myself, and other things, but also damn having to sleep w a baby each night... i do not share that issue but i know babies are like loud and nasty asf, do you get any sleep????
hardly, she wakes up in the middle of the night about two times over nothing and then wakes up early as well.
i'm glad someone relates to this cause while we are both suffering at least in a sick way we're suffering together.
