Im lit being forced to put on makeup sos pls help pls pls

here's some background info !!

I'm in marching band and I'm in front ensemble  (I play vibes btw) and apparently looking alive and well is really important this year. 

It's a formal/classy/happy/bright show and we need to look formal/classy/happy/bright while playing. Solution? put some makeup on! (girls specifically). I hate wearing makeup so much it feels so so so yucky on my face. it could also melt off and stain the uniform!! (we have white collars btw) apparently they want "glittery no makeup- makeup" like whaat? just tell me i'm chopped at this point bruh. 

our percussion directors say that most of the  girls look dead and sickly whenever we don't have makeup on. What makeup yo? we don't really up on makeup except for one girl who does it lightly. bonus! they also say they want my hair even more s l i c k. they told me to let the other girls do it for me. I do not like anyone touching my hair all that much. (except one). it's just so frustrating because it's so obvious that it's targeted to the girls. 

It won't be all that bad because the boys agreed to put some glitter on their faces too.(they  also they have to slick their hair as well!)
