So I've started my meds again like yesterday as I was getting so irratated at absolutely everything and just couldn't keep myself calm for anything, well today I'm not sure if I accidently took two or if they just randomly kicked in as my I feel like I was starting to reach a point of mania but then I felt my heart do like 2 flips and now my emotions are defenitly not able to reach up that high and I'm chill I guess? IDK it was weird.
