I’m starting middle school tomorrow and I’m terrified I’m not scared of the concept of like the classes but I’m scared of the kids they are so mean and annoying and I’m also scared that I won’t make any friends PLEASE HELP!!!
I’m scared for middle school (I apologize if my grammar is terrible)

LISTEN UP UNDERLING‼️‼️ WHen i was a young thing like you, I also had the same fears! I was ALSO worried about mean kids and not making friends!!! And let me tell you the cold hard truth‼️
No one in middle school actually cares about you. No one cares whether you give a reaction or not, if they've decided to mess with you, it's because you were the unlucky one that caught their eye. I speak from experience. So, if that ever happens, please do not be afraid to tell someone and defend yourself. You should not feel ashamed for defending yourself at all, no matter who tells you that you should.
I was incredibly lucky to find my friends(who I'm still friends with to this day) during middle school, but this was also only by pure coincidence. We were all essentially forced to sit at a table together for the school year, and thats how we became friends. If that hadn't happened, I'm very sure I would've went my entire school life without a single friend.
So, you might make friends and you might not make friends, that's just life and it sucks. The best thing you can do is try to talk to other students and hope they aren't dickheads.
The best you can do in middle school is try. If things don't work out the way you want, cry a little about it and pick yourself back up. I always repressed my emotions and it did me no favors.
You're growing and going through an, honestly, big, scary portion of your life. And I know you will be someone good when you grow up, regardless of your middle school experience.
Keep your chin up, talk as much as you can, and don't let people bring you down. You're all like 13 anyway, you're all kids and stupid. Just keep that in mind. I hope you have a good day at school tomorrow :)

Don't worry about it, there might be some bad apples but I worried about the same thing, you'll be ok. Good luck though
