I’m so confused

Guys how the HELL are you meant to know what you want to do as a job in the future?! Like, people say just go off what subjects you like at school. I like RE, and photography. The fuck am I meant to do with that?? Take pictures of religious people, like??? And I’ve been to open evenings for 6th form/collages whatever they’re called. And apparently you only pick 3 options :(. So I’m probably gonna do RE and photography. But idk what else. Psychology sounds interesting. English lit is probably fun. Geography and sociology maybe. But I’m also thinking, I used to want to be a detective (?) or something - working with crime scenes. And you probably need science (and maths (?)) for that. But I’m so ass at science and why would I do it when I could do RE instead? But I don’t want to not pick a subject that I’ll need for a future job I’m interested in. Idk. Maybe I’m overthinking this. I don’t even know what jobs even sound remotely appealing; I should just run away into the forest. Or I could pull a Bernadette Fox (cate blanchett yummyyy) where she just fucks off to Antarctica
