I’m so scared idk why

It was my first time putting a tampon in and it was genuinely the scariest thing ever I was crying and it was rlly hard for me to relax I knew I should learn how to do it tho bc pads felt a little gross for me personally but I put it in and idk why I’m still so scared I’m shaking and I start crying again when I have to sit for some reason. I feel it and it’s like actually terrifying idk why it just is. Ig I don’t like the thought of something just being in my body. I feel it and it doesn’t hurt bc I’m pretty sure I put it in correctly but I feel it and it’s very uncomfortable and that just scares me even more. Hopefully it will be better once I take it out. But can anyone tell me if how I’m feeling is normal or not pls
