i swear you cant go 2 seconds on pretty much any mainstream social media without finding misogyny, or an argument relating to it, im also so sick of the constant arguments about whether or not women can shave, ive seen women online talking about how if youre a woman and you shave you do it because men like it, sorry that i like cricket time in bed every couple of months, they will also argue against the people who do it for sensory reasons claiming men never do it, i know plenty of men that shave for sensory reasons or otherwise,
its a dumb arguement, if women shave theyre submitting, if women dont shave theyre letting the patriarchy effect their lives, its a lose lose either way.
cant we all just agree hey lets let women do whatever they want with their body and stop butting in? its not mine or anyone elses place to decide for another person.
ugh and the body count thing ommggggg
ill stop ranting and raving for now but shaving or not shaving just isnt a big deal

I kinda agree but also kinda disagree, cuz i agree ppl wouldnt be telling women what to do with their bodies but also as someone who is AFAB and DOESNT shave cuz of sensory issues its pretty clear the difference in attitudes that ppl have when i say that i dont do it cuz of sensory issues vs the attitudes ppl have when ppl DO shave for the same reason, y'know. but also i do agree with social media being flooded with mysogony. a trick i learned is that if u see a post u dont like just leave the app completely and then refresh the app and that way it trains the algorythm to not show u posts u dont like cuz every algorythm is designed to keep u on the app for as long as possible so it starts acting right when u leave the app even if its just for a sec.
