I'm trying to make a tape keychain

I really want to make a keychain for my bag, and my choice fell on an old glitter cassette tape and a box. I thought it would be interesting to make a business card out of this Qr to my website (which is currently being wip). But... I have no idea how to draw a JCard, literally. I made this thing and in the end I don't know how to implement it...

BUT I'm still trying to figure out how to do it. I hope it turns out beautiful.
