Im worrying about money

Its 1am and Im worrying about money 

I want to go to college to become an art teacher which u need 4 yr degree related to art most of the time (? Thats what ive read online), parents dont want me to go to college because its expensive and think im being stupid and should just go into trade instead

I have job, get 300 biweekly which if i save up for two years and don't spend thats like 15,000 enough for college tution at least (if im going to a very cheap 2yr local public school then switching to a 4yr one for the last 2 yrs w my credits transferred over) and ill try hard to earn scholarships which i already am doing, and i will never take out a student loan cause loans r scary sounding 

Now i feel stupid for buying fast food like every other day, tell my friend who i go to lunch with every day and they have literally no money saved up and their family isnt rich either, that maybe we should stop going out for lunch and just save up instead, they brush me off but still are wanting to move to Cailfornia and go to some expensive school right when they turn 18

Confused cause now i feel some days im overworrying then other days im not worrying enough

Advice/encouragement needed plz, i barely know a thing about finances and my parents arent much of a help and keep on insisting for me to go into trade which ik is cheaper but just not what i want :/
