Nah but fr my periods are actually torturous the older I get. And I found out it wasn’t normal to be depressed, self critical and overall just a fucking tweaker while it feels like the angriest crackhead alive lives in your brain. Antidepressants help but I’m not on mine right now, so I have to make a bitchass psychiatrist appointment which is a chore in itself for some reason. Idk I need to figure it out soon I’m weedless rn
