so like, yesterday, I was having a mental break down and I wanted to scream but when I cry I silent cry so like I screamed and screamed but no sound came but then all that came out my throat was something that sounded like a cat crying and I kept doing it and now my singing voice and throat rlly hurts

but, I ended up feeling delirious and uploaded some nonsense on soundcloud.

it sounds horrible because my voice was practically broken but yeah I don't know what I'm trying to get at is that I like the idea that something can be born out of what feels like nonsense
