is this normal?

i refuse to clean my room until im in the actual mood for it, because of this my room is a horrible mess, i heard mice in my room one time, clothes are everywhere, theres a pile in my closet that goes up to my waist! i just dont wanna clean it. i dont wanna do shit actually. Im lazy i guess? Maybe its my depression? idfk, i just wanna know if others have this problem and how they fixed it. And dont say "oh haha just clean your room" its not that easy, if it was i would have already cleaned it.
