ive been realizing smth about my "triggers" recently

so recently i realized mentions of sexual acts or sa / rape give me really awful horrible nightmares. i think the only time it doesnt give me nightmares is when avis jokes ab fucking eachother cause she makes me feel very safe. usually someone i dislike will make a sexual joke, i go to sleep, get sa'ed / raped in my nightmare, remember it and realize i felt every single thing inside of that dream, feel sick for the rest of my day
