What if like our noses were where our butts were and our butts were where our noses were

We would like have two buttholes so we could like push out more dookies and stuff. Also when we sneeze we would just fart out of our noses which is the funniest thing ever

I thought I should have been the one to make humans on the 6th day I have some amazing ideas
