Just crying in bed feeling sad idk :/

I want in real life friends so bad. I wish I was pretty enough so people want to approach me. I wish I didn’t look like a creep if o ask for someone’s socials. I wish that people engaged with me in person. I wish that people didn’t reject me so easily. I wish I was pretty so people would want to get to know me. I feel like I’m worthless and I wish I had people to hang out with in person. I am so lonely being by myself and my only distraction is my online friends but even then, I really want in person friends. I wish I could be cool and awesome and I wish that I did not fuck up a lot at work. I wish that people my age want to engage with me and want to go out places with me. I wish that people didn’t seem so disinterested in talking to me in person….

I feel like such a loser…when will I not be a loser anymore

I want to win too..

You are cool and awesome, everyone is. Don't let that negativity eat at you, I used to struggle a lot in hs as I literally had 0 friends for 3 years straight - no interactions, nothing, just me standing around at break time BUT the less I thought about it that's when I made a friend.

All I'm saying is don't be so harsh on yourself, maybe the less you keep wishing for it to happen, then it will happen... maybe not tomorrow or in a month but it will eventually.

<3 you got it

Dear trenwarrior69,

How do I stop wishing for friends?...in real life ones to be exact.

The last in real life friend I had ghosted me on my birthday and came back randomly to text me. It's been months and I am still debating if I want in real life friends that bad to text her back to hang out despite the fact how bad it hurt when she didnt come and how are communication styles are so different.

I am afriad i will be friends with problematic people in real life juts because of the fact that I feel so lonely.

My online frienships are crumbling and I am afarid the last frienships I have will be over soon. I promise for years I have tried to not think about the fact that I have no friends in real life. But then I come back home, and be a ghost on the internet behind usernames bedrotting hoping that someone would want to approch me and tell me how they would love to get to know me.

How can I not think about that when i notice that peole seem to want to talk to me more when i have on makeup?

My lonelyness is affecting the very few things in my personal life and taking over my work iife and how i think about myself. Ive struggled too long and I am afriad that i am too mentally ill to have healthy friendships.

is it bad I crave friends and a healthy social life more than a boyfriend? is it bad that i care about that more than my health?

With the friend who ghosted you, you can text her back but just keep your expectations low and I definitely wouldn't ignore what she did just because you're lonely.

Do you ever go out? as in clubs or any social setting like that? It definitely helps, you will be kinda forced to create an opportunity to speak to someone - which can lead to a possible friendship? It's what I used to do a lot in bars, clubs and even if it didn't immediately strike up a friendship.. the small talk was so healing, I couldn't believe it.

I get what you mean with the makeup thing, unfortunately it's how a lot of people think .. mostly men but don't let makeup define or measure your worth, pay attention to the people that make an effort to talk to you even when you don't have it on.

You're NOT too mentally ill to have healthy friendships. You might think that but you're not. You just need to create opportunities to meet people, the right people while being careful NOT to accept bad friendships out of loneliness.

I am still quite dumb to give good advice about these things as I am struggling myself but I hope some of this made sense to you.

I'd love to be your friend or someone you can vent to whenever you need to. I wish you nothing but the best :star:

Honestly, I do feel like I'm such a loser too for a lot of reasons but I'll just move forward as long as I will.

But yeah, I hope you'll find some friends and I wish your future is gonna be really good for you so far.

Maybe you just need to find the right circle.

Dear Cysper04,

Why do you feel like a loser?

I asked my coworker for their socials and I think I just made them feel uncomfortable. They never added me back and he avoided talking to me the entire rest of the day after. I think I made him hate me. I don’t know what I did….

I don’t know why people jn real life do not want to be my friend. We had two new coworkers and they are very pretty. I saw people eager to talk to them than they ever were with me.

I feel jealous and like I don’t belong, they complimented things about them and their looks and I never got that…

I think it would have been different if I was pretty

I don't know, maybe you're just not in the right circle and you don't meet halfway with them for whatever reason.

I hope you'll find some friends in the future.

About what you're asking, I don't feel sharing it in the internet.

I'll just keep it on myself.
