just got my industrial piercing .. Help

i got my industrial piercing done literally 2 days ago. The pain wasnt bad personally Except for like the itching and annoying sting every time hair is in the way

However even if i thought abt this piercing for like more than a year!!!! after getting it done im like. Okay. wow the sacrifices on a daily basis are real....

Even if i got it on the side i sleep the less on (i think...), im still ANNOYED its so overstimulating ohgosh And my stupid ass forgot i cant use headphones Ok and college is right around the corner im super sensitive to sounds!!!even breathing!! Find someone stupider than me .

Anway does anyone have tips cuz i have an appointment with a hairdresser soon to dye/cut hair nd i dont really know what works best to protect my ear?
