Just lost my tumblr accound for fuck sake

I'm actually bawling rn because out of sheer panic and manipulation i lost access to my tumbr account and side blogs like a fucking idiot 

I'm actually crying so hard no how could i be so stupid about it and i didn't even look for any signs after checking the account (that was probably also hacked) 

My god i lost everything i loved over there oh god please i need a chamce to atleast het it back cause i cant change the password cause of the authentication password 

They changed the email anf password I'm never getting it back ohdjdkdkskslaosjfjdjdkdkwksfbdjsksk
